A known problem is occurring where charts will crash on open or when viewing clinical notes if the Dexis integrator (all versions, current is 3.3.4 at time of posting) is installed on workstations with the newest versions of Dentrix (25.24 known issue, others could be too).
Solution: You can also use the Dentrix Smart Image connector (recommended)
Dentrix finds these older style integrators from Dexis to be end-of-life and they may never receive another upgrade to fix this issue.
